very well grounded: Combined Martial Arts Seminar
Yesterday I got to represent BJJ at an event to raise funds for the children’s ward of our local hospital. The program featured 8 different instructors from all different disciplines of the martial arts; from Karate and Kung Fu, Aikido and Thai Kickboxing, plus others.
